– 19:15 – 20:30: Tango for intermediate students. This 12-lesson course in traditional tango is designed for people who have already taken one or two beginner courses.
– 20:30pm – 21:45pm: Neotango. Neotango is seen by these teachers as a development within tango in which there is room for modern tango and also non-tango music. The neotango movements come from traditional tango with a modern twist or a fusion with other dances. A minimum of two years of teaching and salon experience is desirable to be able to take this 12-lesson course.

A weekend in nature, dancing day and night, forest & lake walk, private and group classes, Neo milongas & surprises!

In this weekend you will learn a Neotango element called “Volcadas” to enrich your fusion style. Volcada means “leaning” and are movements where the couple dances out of the axis. You will learn the basic technique of leaning together to find your balance, trusting each other, feeling safe, how to lead and follow it and how to do a turning Volcada. As well, in order to feel the out of axis it is important to work in our own axis in order to compensate. This will be taught in a step by step way, with a logical preparation and a playful atmosphere. Volcadas are beautiful, exciting and fun! We use them in neotango as well as in traditional tango. It’s for sure a wonderful element that will enrich your dance.
